Tempest Freerunning Academy – Gym Video

FND Films – Parkour Kids!
Here’s a silly short that illustrates some of the common misconceptions about Parkour. A lot of people think that freerunning is as simple as jumping onto and off of a bench, doing a little somersault on the ground and jogging around. I think the freerunners in the Tempest video above proved that isn’t quite the case.

And now prepare yourself for six straight minutes of sheer awesomeness. The guys in this video jump from rooftop to rooftop, flip off of high ledges, climb walls and more. All I can say is, “Wow.”
Le Parkour Kai
This little 3-year old, inspired by watching Parkour videos, decided to go out and do a little bit of freerunning of his own. He’s been viewed nearly 2 million times. The video was uploaded back in 2005. I wonder what this little guy’s Parkour skills look like today!
