Parkour is KTR's newest training program that encourages fitness and skill development by using an obstacle course style training system. Parkour was developed in France by the military, and has since grown into a world-wide, recognized sport. The fundamentals of Parkour are climbing, vaulting, jumping and landing, flipping and tricking. All skills are developed in our Parkour programming. Our programs are relevant for the beginner, or for any level of athlete in gymnastics, baseball, soccer, basketball, football, track and field, wrestling... Participants will gain increased flexibility, strength, balance and quick movements. Both males and females are encouraged to sign-up for our Parkour programs. We make learning fun and safe for all skill levels.
Level 1 Class
Our Level 1 course is designed for the beginner (age 5 and above). The Level 1 class assists participants with proper progressions and encourages social interaction and fun. Students will be introduced to proper body positions, safety rolls, climbing, hanging, jumping, and conditioning drills.

Level 2 Class
Our Level 2 course is designed to challenge participants with a higher level of fitness. The Level 2 class builds on the skills learned in Level 1. Students will be taught more difficult vaults, leaps, swings, spins and flips. Participants may enroll in the Level 2 class after completing Level 1, or after completing a physical fitness and skill related test.

Fridays: 4-6 pm
Tues, Thurs: 6-8pm
The level 3 parkour tricking class is designed to challenge participants with the fundamentals of tricking and high level fitness. This class will build on the skills learned in level 2 and teach advanced parkour techniques. Participants may enroll in this class after completing the Level 1 and 2 parkour classes and or completing and passing physical fitness and skill-related tests.
